Shipping: We currently ship to customers only in the USA through our partners at USPS and UPS. We process orders Monday through Friday with a goal of shipping orders within 1 business day of purchase. Given that customers have different preferences for shipping speeds, we present all options that our partners help us secure. Currently we offer free ground shipping on orders over $50.
Product Returns and Refunds: We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of your delivery date. The goods must be unused and sent back in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items that are part of sale may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" section at the bottom of the page with your order number to process your product return.
Products purchased from our retail partners are subject to their return policies. We process returns for products purchased only from our website www.navielifestyle.com. We reserve the right to refuse a return if product is not returned in unused condition.
